Or since we are enemies your diplomats are not allowed to speak to me (or to -v- diplomats anyway... if we have any ) ? [It is a valid point again made earlier in this post: Diplomats are needed to communicate with enemies where normal people give up and only want to fight... to speak with your allies you can make a new channel or somehting tbh... but I might be wrong] Anyway gl to whatever it is you will be doing.
