In near 3 years it hasn't impaired PIE, CVA, Ushra'Khan or many other (smaller) stand alone corporations. They often face bland 'vanilla' corporations in 0.0 fleet PvP and come out on top.
Guess i'll keep searching then, best of luck.. 
Actually while some of CVA's members frown on it you'll will often see ferox's and the like in their fleets. PIE do not but lots of RP corps use ships from other racial groups.
Our ideaology is not race based, indeed all can hear the call of the blood. Nevertheless as a Khanid warrior I would be a fool not see both the advantages as well as the disadvantages of each ship type.
