I was looking at bounties and the guy with the highest bounty (1 billion), I looked at is info and it says he has been playing for 34 years!
Is this a joke?!

No, it is an event staff character.

It is in all likelihood a character created for an event. Many of those have start dates that reflect the age of the character (or experience in their corporation perhaps).

That's probably right. The character in question is probably in stasis now after a completed event. They could be reactivated at some later date though if a storyline demanded it. Good luck on getting that bounty though - I'm guessing they'll be a mean mamba jamba.

its the head of serpentis group isnt it? Salvador Sarpati or summat. i noticed it before and he's a game character waiting/used in sum event

Pretty sure they brought the blobs to him last time, and many of them iirc. Such a titan is quite hard to take down

you can claim all bounties that you see on players and npcs by podding them... you get the npc bounties by just blowing up their ships because they are not pod pilots. That 1 bill guy is a pod pilot so you have to blow up his pod to claim his bounty.
