------------------------ standart foxfire rocket ------------------------ thermal damage 25 HP max flight time 2 sec explosion velocity 2000 m/sec explosion radius 20
------------------- rage foxfire rocket -------------------- thermal damage 37,5 HP capacitor recharge rate bonus 1,45 % max flight time 5 explosion velocity 1000 m/sec explosion radius 125 m ----------------------- javeling foxfire rocket ------------------------ thermal damage 25 HP max flight time 4 maximum velocity penalty 30 % explosion velocity 500 m/sec explosion radius 30 m
Any dev comment on this? Why is there any reason to use javaeling or rage ( 125m sig radius )? Javeling has more sig radius while all other longrange missile have less sig radius that standart ( expl: precution light missile have 20m sig radius, while standart light missile - 50m ). Rage rockets have 6 times more sig radius than standart rocket , while all other high dmg missiles have same or 2,5 times(torpedos) more sig radius than standart missile.
And 2sec flight time is a joke, it should be 5sec at least.

All t2 ammo is using extremely old place holder stats (or so i've read).
Once they fix the stuff, it'll probably be more worthwhile. Really, the rage rockets should only be like 40m blast tops. Then we'd probably see people use them (I know my anti-ceptor kestrel would carry them, if I could use t2 rockets ).

Javelin rockets are nice on a flycatcher.
Rage rockets are good when you dont have to scramble something, and you are in a frig fleet, and need dmg on a battleship.
I carry like 1500 around just in case (not liek they are expensive at all ^_^) ---

i nearly died yest, when i engaged a thorax in my crow and forgot i have fury missiles loaded and my cap went down in a few secs..
theres no reason to use t2 missiles, only when ur as described above, have to do dmg without scrambling etc.

Its as it should be if you ask me. Very specific purpose, not for general use. Not like those damn T2 cruise.
