I'm about to be all trained up on flying the Wolf and the Jaguar. I do Lvl 3 missions in my Cyclone right now with pretty much no problem, but I really like flying faster ships that do damage up close. So my question is how the Wolf or Jaguar will hold up in Lvl 3 missions? Is anyone using them to run lvl 3s right now? Thanks!

I've read it's doable, but it aint easy. It's probably comparably to running level 2s in a rifter. Some will work out fine, others will give you trouble.

I have corpmates who do it, though in the time it took one to fly an angel extravaganza in a Jag I did 1 Extravaganza, Black Market hub and 2 other quick and easy missions in my Cynabel.
Doable in AFs, probably a fun challenge, just not necessarily the fastest.

I have no Cruiser skills and have been doing lvl 3 missions no problem in my luverly Wolf and Jag...
apart from the annoying webbing baddies.
(But have 5 million sp)
Try some lvl 2's first, you will find them easy...

Most are doable.
But it is slow compared to a BC.
Wherever you went - here you are.

In my case:
AF (enyo): hardly have to use my rep on 80% of missions, takes a buttload of time to finish ones with lots of cruisers
BC (Brutix): Some missions i nearly run out of cap running rep but i get through them quite quickly.

The only ones i had trouble with when using my jaguar was Angel extravagaza and Massive attack. Dual Angel vipers and stasis towers made me give up and get my cyclone for those. Some of the easier missions are even faster with the AF, gone berzerk for example. |

I fly a retribution for level 3s. It doesn't seem to take longer than it did in a bc (prophecy) but I could be wrong. It's quite definitely a great deal more fun, though.
