Our corp has been around since early 2004. We have access to 0.0 space and we do various things. We pvp, rat hunt, missions, complexes, and mining if necessary. The Shattered Star Confederation (SSC) holds to 5 core ideals. They are our foundation and the centre for how we govern ourselves. They are Freedom, Honour, Integrity, Equality and Kinship. There are more lengthy explanations for each of them, that I would encourage you to take a look at if you are interested in us. That can be found here: http://www.shatteredstar.com/ideals.shtml We use forums for communication out of the game, and we're part of a larger community that has been around for sometime. We've been in Eve since just about release, and as a group the SSC has been around since 1997. I myself have been a member since 1998, I joined up when playing Freespace 1. The SSC has had a long history. We settled in Mies near release, next to Luminaire. Our presence in Empire space dropped off considerably however, when a bunch of us moved out to the Fountain region. This is still pre-FA, and we were present for the conflict that ensued between the formative parties of the FA. It was then, during the conflict to see who would stay in the region that we joined up with the group that would form the FA, and we become founding members of that once great alliance. Our corporation almost entirely moved operations out to 0.0 in FA space, and we took WY-9LL as our home system and Corporate HQ. There we were part of not just the industrial efforts of the alliance, but we also had extensive roles in the PVP aspect of the alliance. We were part of routine patrols throughout FA space, operating in small wolf-pack style gangs of interceptors and larger support craft. We left the FA about 4 months ago on friendly terms, but seeking a different path. Since then we've been getting our feet back under us and we're in the midst of a regrowth and rebirth time, so if that interests you, and you'd like to be a part of something like that, then let me know. Right now we have both Empire and 0.0 operations. We've found some friendly space to operate in 0.0 and we're actively seeking a permanent home in 0.0 space. However we will retain our holdings in Empire as well if that interests you more. We are a relatively small corporation at the moment, however we are growing and we'd welcome you if you had a desire to participate. Best of luck in your decision making process. No Pirate corp posted loads of replies today - can't do another but convo Le Cardinal or me in game - we could be what you're looking for - we like the idea of ppl that aren't into "corp hopping" and we are very much active during your "sweet spot" edd (\_/) (O.o) (> <)
