Tech 2 - Whats the point?

Gleam - Increases sig radius, decreases your shields, decreases your tracking - What is the point in that? Sure you get more damage, but that is far far from balanced. Hows about we make Tech II items better. Rage = 20% more damage, stops enemy cruisers from NOSing my passively tanked caracal. Precision = instagank all frigates Aurora/Tremor/Spike = best sniper/fleet ammo ever Barrage = ultimate AC tempest ammo Hail = gimped, yes, I agree, but stacking changes will fix it Null = Uber Void = Uber Haven't had much experience with T2 laser crystals, but it seems every single cruiser I kill uses them. Make them usable! :P T2 precision rockets = ultimate kestrel. The kestrel is already uber, but its one disadvantage is that if you can get it locked down at long range, you've won. However, with precision missiles, it'll hit you at 15km-20km... T2 rage seems like the perfect ammo for a kestrel that's taking on a larger ship, maybe as part of a group. Shame that you have to resign yourself to the fact that you're flying a suicide setup :P That being said, T1 rocket 400mm Plate Kestrals were fun ----- Hi TomB!
