Hi, my bestower with cargo expanders can haul tonnes but this speed really is getting me down. yeah i could mwd it but i fancy getting a new flash one all together. Whats the best choice out there with the best load out? bearing in mind this is for most efficient hauling (like fast but can still carry alot anyway)

Badger MkII/Iteron MkV but the badger requires less training, and u can jam with it

Are you moving ore within 1 star system, or will you be hauling it over several jumps?
If the latter, is your route pre-bookmarked? (For what it's worth, anyway)
High or low security space?

low security, long distance hauls. well i guess i can change loadout depending (like more or less expanders); but someone told me that badgers dont get stuck in gravity wells as much

Edited by: Adam Sudbury on 11/09/2003 05:08:02 I am a fan of the mammoth, personally.
Lots of cargo space, 5 mid slots so u can get going REAL fast if you need to, ability to equip MWD, and uber agility and speed (especially when they fix the speed bonus it is supposed to get). It starts, stops, turns on a dime, trust me its the best indy out there for all-purpose work.

EDIT: Don't forget its got similar armor/shields/structure to the mk5 with way less training. VERY handy in low sec space, especially considering the 5 mid slots for beefing up your defenses.

The best Indy?
Harrison Ford of course
n00bs
(eerr, I'd say Bestower or Iteron for Cargo capacity, Badgers for high-tech riskier transport, and don't know the Minmatar 1s )

The Mammoth for all the reasons given above.
An extra ECCM module can also sort you from being jammed and armed with cruise or torps and a decent turret she'll get you out af almost any situation - as long as you're sensible about not using ALL your low slots for cagro space ;)

im pretty sure that there is not an indy which can hold cruise missiles or torpedos. also, why would you worry about being target jammed? if anything, id put a warp core stabilizer on it, so you could warp away from any problems.
that said, if you are doing long hauls, bookmark your route so that you can warp in ontop of stargates, and fit a bestower for max cargo. you wont need speed, as you shouldnt have to travel far. have a faster indy, like a mammoth or badger II, collect the ores in field, then give them to you to take back.
