As a PvP character he can fly the current PvP 'IWIN' buttons in the Raven, or play fleet support in a Scorpion.
All in all, a very versatile character that can be trained in many ways.

No, you cannot use a fully fitted t2 large barge.
Mostly because without Industry 5, you can't fly it the barge to begin with.
Just thought I'd mention that.
Decent char otherwise though, but you really shouldn't exhibit such false advertisement

Fully tech 2/named fitted Ravens aren't cheap.
