Making an already tedious POS system even more tedious by forcing us to check our towers every day (multiple times) by adding a structure that steals money.

Making me train multiple characters to POS gun to kill said structures without these structures providing anyone with content except me and one other person, keeping in mind we've never actually seen each other in local before.

Making even more structures to make it even more difficult on people who are putting in a lot of effort to react less expensive minerals to make isk.

People may say that sov holding alliances have it too easy and shouldn't be making all this money passively, I don't see you creating an alliance from 0 members and building it to the point where you can contest these assets. The only thing siphons are doing is adding another layer of bullshit the people that ACTUALLY play your game have to deal with.

Point is it takes a lot of time and effort to be in a position where you can hold these moons, and CCP have stated numerous times that they arnt happy with this POS system and rightfully so because its garbage. What is the solution to this? make it even worse for the people with the poses! Nevermind that it takes 2 hours to anchor and online all the mods required, or that they have to be fueled and defended, nevermind having to sell the minerals or react them, but now monitor your towers almost 24/7 unless you want to lose the benefit of having it in the first place.

Just seems to me like anything that takes a long time to do isn't worth it anymore, I guess this was to be expected since CCP are moving into the console arena and perhaps want to make EVE more accessible to the casuals.

I have to admit I would love to see the stats on how much these new deployable's are being used.

From what I have noticed flying around and talking to people, the mobile depots are a great addition, the mobile tractor units not so much and the pos siphons seem to be a bust.

However I am sure other people think differently hence the stats would make interesting reading.

you fail to grasp that these structures purpose is make inneficient to hold moon goo moons very far from your populated territory. Its somethign intended to make 0.0 empires more regional.
