Just FYI all, once you have bookmarked a can (any can) for an insta-jump (or insta-dock), the system saves it as a location, not as that can specifically. So you can (and SHOULD) pick the flipping can right back up again, there is no need to leave your own there, and in fact you could use a jettison can and leave it to pop. The piles of secure cans sitting by superhighway stargates for this purpose sucks, and can't help the lag one bit.... Completely unnecessary, please clean up yer mess and do it right.

Why are you and other using cans to bookmark? You just open the bookmark window and at anytime click "add bookmark" button and that captures your current position. I think you can even do this in the middle of a warp and then warp to that spot in the middle of no where to hide. Using cans seems pointless.

Okay. So 1: I didn't know that. Thanks! 2: That's makes what they're doing even more stupid, doesn't it?

Also, try ctrl-tab, learned that a couple days ago.
There's a pick of items in a container that has credits in it with an icons at this site, just scroll down a bit: http://www.explore-eve.net/
So it can be done.
Though, I've never done it myself, making money an item, but with a little messing around I'm sure it's simple to find the way to do it. |

I guess the fact that you can right-click the 4 or 5 bars next to the system name in the top-left corner of the screen, while in space. Up pops a quick-list to stations, asteroid fields, etc in the system. I also spotted this only a couple of weeks ago...

I think he means the square made up of 5 lines on the top left of the screen with the system information. Which you can right click on and quickly choose a place to warp in that system.
I learned it on the first day, I was asking a lot of questions in the corp channel. |

LOL, the '5 bar thing' is the only way I have ever got about...never used the scanner except for system scanning.
Go get ISK into your hanger and cans...
1. open wallet 2. Drag the big ISK logo in the top left of wallet to hanger 3. Enter the ammount
To put it back
1. Drag ISK in hanger to the big ISK icon in your wallet.
I used to do this before I found out that you did not loose any money carried when you got killed. I used to leave bundles of cash at all my 'home' stations so that I wouldn't loose it all.
But then I got killed and didn't loose the cash and so stopped being silly.

It never ceases to amaze me that people don't look at the tools thay use, and wonder "whats that buton for?"
Good job in helping the population with the info, I thought all knew about that myself, by as I said before, I aint purrrfict<---(see) ...fear the evil monkey in your hanger...
