Gallente or Minny. 1 or the other. whichever racial frig 5 (dessy 4 a benefit) assault frig 4 and interceptor 4 beneficial. T2 gunnery with good supports T2 tank, ability to chose between shield and armor a benefit half decent nav skills t2 light drones (ecm drone benefit) and generally decent core skills. Show me what you got folks. This char is almost never online, please post here. I can get mails through EVEMON however. My quick evemon-fu says this should be achievable with under 10m sp if really focused. But we shall see.
