Starting Bid: 100m Reserve : It will sell. Period. Buyout: 4 billion (On escrow in Jita) Minimum Increment: 100m until it reaches 1b, after that, 50m increments. Sniper Rule: 15 minutes

well, lets see what she has to say. I'm not fussed either way tbh, but if he/she considered the bid firm enough to include in the first post i fail to see why it wouldn't be considered a valid bid... i guess we'll find out
