This auction is for this character, Lycurgus Proteus. It was originally asleep in training, and then I purchased it for my own use. Unfortunately I quickly discovered that I dislike flying amarr ships. And so he is up for sale. He has a sec standing of .2, all of which was gained in the last week of play. He will be in a newbie corp when transfered. He has no standings of note, except those gained from the newbie amarr missions.
On the discussion of skills, you can see that Amarr Battleships and Amaar Frigates are both already at 5, and Amarr Crusiers at 4, with 17% completeness towards 5. A full skill list is avalible in these screenshots:

Int: 7 -11 with skills
Perc: 7 -11 with skills
Cha: 3 -3 with skills
Will: 17 -20 with skills
Mem: 6 -10 with skills
