Capitalist BloodSuckers Inc has declared war on Apocalyptic Raiders.
After 24 hours fighting can legally occur between those involved.
The terms of Apocalyptic Raiders [A P R] unconditional surrender to Capitalist BloodSuckers Inc [CBSI] are as follows:
1. The return of 80 million isk to [CBSI] which was taken by Greggor less than one week before he left and became CEO of [A P R].
2. The return of all [CBSI] shares owed by [A P R] members.
3. The return of Kaleesh who was kidnapped and brainwashed into joining [A P R].
4. [CBSI] demand the refund of war costs incurred.
5. [CBSI] demand a shrubbery.

Well they got their stuff back and Rekless disbanded the corp mainly because to many wish to remain up north or wished ties with the more assumed pirate like A P R corp.
He is dealing with RL issues I think now.
