Welcome to Blue Frog Freight, sister corp of Red Frog Freight, one of Eve's longest running courier services.
We offer the same services RFF provide, but with high collateral.

We specialise in moving high value BPO and faction fitted ship.
To find out how you can set up a contract to us, enter in the start system, destination system and required collateral in our trip calculator. You'll notice it's more expensive then Red Frog Freight, so if you can split it, use RFF.
All contracts set up to Blue Frog Freight must meet the following criteria, or they will be rejected:
- Maximum volume: 860,000 m3 (no exceptions)
- Maximum collateral: 5 billion ISK (if you need more collateral, contact us)
- Correct reward, as specified in our trip calculator (tips are allowed, but will not guarantee a speedier delivery time)
- Only High-sec route. (for low and null, use Black Frog Logistic)
- To help us get things done quickly, we ask you do not use container in the contract.

Excellent service. I had about 5b worth of assorted ships and modules, and needed them moved across the universe. I didn't want to spend hours figuring out the market prices to split them in 1b chunks for RFF. Then I found out about BFF, and my problem was solved. The contract was delivered on the same day.

I have used Blue Frog about 10 times now on different alts to haul high collateral stuff (3-5b) to Jita. Always pretty timely, and well worth the cost.
I almost exclusively use Frog Freight Services to move everything in high sec for me now. Makes living in a WH a lot easier when you just drop stuff in closest high sec exit, and have someone else move it.

There's a warning somewhere that loads that can be broken up should be broken up until the collateral is under 1B so RFF can be used.

I just want to say a massive thanks to the blue frog team, I have 55 completed contracts and another 3 under way.
In reality I could use red frog cheaper, but I can't make 25 contracts at a time like I would need to if I was limited to a 1 bil colateral. Great service been using it ever since I got nervous hauling myself around Jitageddon. |

I had to use all three frogs (Red/Black/Blue) and I have to say the service was fast, both on pickup and delivery. The pilots are very honest as well. I mixed up one contract and set a 2mil collateral instead of 2 bil and everything still arrived fine.
Don't forget to tip your delivery people. |

Burn Jita has left it's mark on all 3 frogs this weekend.
Across all Frog division, we hauled more then 600 contracts, of which a lot were from and to jita, while losing only 3 freighters, and no jump freighter.
We had a lot of fun this weekend within those who stayed to haul, or just to help by giving out some information to the others!
But now we must face one of the biggest queue of our history, and this will take time to recover from it, so be patient, as of this morning, there was more then 700 contracts in the Red Frog queue, more then 100 in the black, and more then 30 in the Blue one.
We will work on them like we always do, trying to clear the oldest one first, but it might take the whole week to get back to normal queues.

Is there anything that can be done to improve the uptime of rush service availability?
I'm a busy guy, I love the idea of outsourcing my industrial setup's hauling, and I'm happy to pay for it. However, so far I'm one for four in getting replies to rush order requests in your channel, and the one reply I did get was someone checking in half an hour later asking if I was still looking.
There's clearly the potential for something here. EVE has an awful lot of industrialists hauling stuff around that would happily pay for someone else to do it. The problem is that if rush order service uptime is viewed as a recreational, "best-effort" endeavor instead of a serious commitment, then I as an industrialist need to be ready (in terms of toons, ships, and spare time) to haul my own stuff, and if I'm maintaining those resources I may as well haul myself.
There's a huge market for reliable, fast (less than an hour), high-collateral, high-volume hisec hauling, but if industrialists can't trust the service to be available it's not going to succeed.
On a completely different topic, how do you guys safely haul >2B? I thought freighters were (roughly) profitable to suicide gank past that point. If you're doing custom contracts then the bad guys know where to set up a gatecamp. |

I am not sure you've seen our procedure on rush jobs.
When you go to Blue Frog page and select "Rush" option there, you'll following information:
Rush contracts
Calculate the reward (displayed below)
Join the channel RF Freight and ask if a pilot is available for a rush contract
If so, will be asked to issue the contract to that pilot directly, not to Blue Frog Freight
Please note, it takes time to locate a pilot who is available to haul a rush contract and your patience at the outset is appreciated. For more information, read FAQ question Q8.
This means you should use Blue Frog calculator to calculate rush reward and then come to "RF Freight" to ask for pilot's availability.
Also - bear in mind this is additional service we provide and only, if we have pilots available to pick it up.
There is no guarantee on availability of the pilots for rush jobs, especially for higher collateral jobs.
It's also impossible to provide any form of "standby" pilot's availability for rush jobs only, as these jobs may start anywhere in New Eden and it takes half an hour to take dozen jumps route in a freighter...
Logistics wise, this would simply be a nightmare and wasting freighter's pilot resources and time.
As for the other question - we have our own techniques and use out of corp pilots :) |

when I started that service, we had around 50 active pilots. we have now over 200, and we recruit new ones every weeks.
but to have a 100% availability, the price would have to be so high, no one would want to pay it!
the thing is, in red frog, most of our pilot are on auto-pilot and when you're on auto-pilot, you are not looking at the screen.
the last thing we want is to promise a 100% availability and have customer start complaining that we don't. |

I have been using this service now for over a year, I don't use anyone else  . There rush service is just that, they do "rush" your item or items with in 1-2 hrs on avg.

Future suggestion:
The use case that I'd like to see better support for : high collateral, low volume (~3-5k) .
The cost of using current alternatives for that purpose is imo too high atm. |
