An excellent potential PVP Amarrian character who deserves more attention then I can currently offer, can use cruisers and Apocolypse BS etc.

Not trying to flame, but :) might wanna change that.
Person A: Sends isk and mail.
Then before you know about person A
Person B: Sends isk and mail.
Then for no reason

Agreed and changed!
As for does the character have implants, no he has none so as an incentive to buy I have reduced buyout from 1.5 to 1.3 Billion
