Lord Moose-Beaver is one of the titans of the EVE Blogosphere and his community recognition is well deserved, congratulations. Kirith has done a huge amount for the EVE meta-community and deserves a space knighthood or a tritanium waistcoat or something.
Also, I was labelled a 'luminaire', which is either an Gallente star system or a French lamp.
So CCP Eterne, which is it: are you saying I'm as fat as a planetary system or as French as a baguette?
Either way, I can't decide if I should be offended. ;)

So, why hasn't CCP made some of the ship histories from Project Athena part of the official cannon?

I know boss lady CCP Seagull has ideas about some kind of EVE version of Jane's Fighting Ships, possibly integrated into the client.
The ship descriptions have been getting more involved lately and the introduction of the ISIS could be the foundation for something in that vein.
But this is all speculation and wishful thinking.

Kirith's contributions to the gaming community extend well beyond EVE ONLINE... as those of us from a certain Warhammer 40K community in Canada well know.
And Kirith is just as great a guy in person as he is online.
