According to description they give bonus to active and passive shield resistance boosting modules. I tested the invul field and it recieves passive bonus, but not active one. Can anyone give a detailed description what modules are affected and how?

It doesn't give any bonus to active hardeners unless those active hardeners are turned off (inactive).

But how do you calculate the bonus? Is it (for passive hardeners) 5% of hardener's resistance, so with skill level 5 and Magnetic Scattering Amplifier II I would have 37.5% x 1.25 = 46.875%? Or would it be 37.5% + 25% = 62.6%? Or something else?

Yes, that is it. Just like every single other module in all of EVE.

So this is PRACTICALLY useless for active hardeners, right? Your active hardeners will be giving you 1.25% bonus to resists instead of 1% if you have the shield comp skills trained to level 5? :(

Correct.
If you train them all to lvl 5, and use Shield Resistance Amplifiers (tech II preferably) It's up to 50% (or something close), like a standard Tech I Shield Hardener, but uses no cap. ----------------------------------------------- My Band's new Demo: Linkage to Torrent |
