I've been back about 3 weeks after a 30 month hiatus. I've decided to start 2 characters from scratch. I won't bother even playing them much until the learning skills are trained as per the wondeful sticky on this very forum.
However, my brain is about to explode as I read and research which Races, bloodlines and schools I should choose.
I want to avoid industry and concentrate on being able to PvE/PvP. I was thinking some kind of set up where one has leadership/emp and the other is the tank/fighter.
If you have suggestions or a link to suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

for PVE... on level 3-4 missions it's incredibly easy if you have a Vexor or a Dom with lots of cap gear remote shield boosting a ferox (3) or raven (4) and throwing drones at the frigates and stuff. This is a setup my friend and I use and it rarely ever fails - but only in PvE and you have to seperate the warp ins just a bit so that the npcs don't lock on your shield booster ship that's full of cap rechargers and cap power relays so you can run the shield transporters nonstop. as for pvp... iono. I hide under a rock anytime I see someone in .4 or lower.

Thanks tusk, but let me clarify...
I'm asking for suggestions on what bloodline and schools to choose for two new characters... Thinking one might support the other in combat on two computers.

Honestly schools don't really matter.. just get whatever skill you can get highest (if it's useful) ... The Deiteis is still a very solid bloodline in the caldari and to save time, have the support character a gallente bloodline.. aw hell I give up I completely lost my train of thought.. sorry.

There are two flavors of the month for a PvP character, both from the new bloodlines.
One choice is Achura with something like 12 Perc, 10 Int, 9 Will, 6 Mem and 3 Cha. Makes a well-rounded combat character.
Another choice is Khanid which can get its Perception noticeably higher but at the cost of other stats (Int, primarily).
