These dyes can safely and effectively be delivered via airburst orbit-to-atmo ChemWar missile. The same goes for a rather interesting gene-tailored bacterium that needs only seconds to consume the most common polymers and organic fibers found in modern clothing without attacking human hair or tissues. The panic and confusion as the security sensors declare an incoming orbital bombardment would just be an added bonus to the sufficiently malicious prankster who performed this stunt. You know, for the practical joker with a multi-million ISK budget. Not that I would ever be so cruel you understand. I just take the existence of these things as a good indicator of why it's best to hold large public functions aboard a station where the environment and security systems are more secure. The festival basically encourages us to let go of the past and to look to the future, clearing out the old, making both outer and inner space for new beginnings. A rebirth, if you will. We also celebrate the Goddess of Fire, Home, and Hearth. Also, I was reminded of something. If you feel uncomfortable attending in person, L'Amore is equipped with holo projectors. In addition, I run a very secure venue. Guests are subject to weapon checks and I have security guards on staff.

If you need anything to dampen your rag, give me a call Now, I have no qualms with the open-door policy, what Candlemas is or what planet celebrates it. What gets me about this and other social events is the enforcement of dress code. It puts me off going because I don't want to put any host through the awkwardness and potential danger of telling a Thukker girl that she can't wear her leathers. On the other hand, any event which imposes a dress code probably isn't going to be hosting the kind of patrons that are interested in my kind of business!
