Since eve-i.com¦s ore calc went to s**t
i have been missing a desent one.
But what im looking for now is the type
of Ore-calculator that you can add and
chose diffrent ranks in refining skills.
Eve-i¦s Calc does no longer calculate
the amount of ore u got ,it takes the
amount of cargo, and who have the time
to sit down and figure out how much
cargo they need to have to carry 10
mill or Veldspar... i dont.
So, a new orecalculator with takes the
amount of ore not the amount of
cargo , and then add up with refining
skills... that would be awesome.

Another good program is Excel.

Features:
You see directly how much minerals you get from refining each batch. You can tamper with the refiningskill lvl how much you want
You set the price for the minerals yourself to calculate "Value/unit" and "Value/m3 cargo" and "Value/Batch" (I know, got carried away on the last one
As this doesn't get you drooling theres more:
Next to it, and connected to the computed values set by price and refiningskill. You have the mineral and ISK towards miningtime section!

In here, you get (after setting your mining volume/minute and the time of the op in minutes), a slamdunk on
1, How much exactly of these specifik minerals do I get mining the ore of your choice.
and
2, How much ISK can you expect in total to get from selling the minerals at the cost you specified, in the time you specified
Beats every "ore" calculator thats out there

It will take a few days though. It was ment for me only so it isn't more neat looking than it has to be. Thats is. Just rows and columns with no cool colors or layout or anything.

Another useful thing would be to compute the time to get to the rocks and switch mining from rock to rock.

My own orecalc - Primary use is for calculating ISK/minerals per hour/cargoload. You can specify number of Miner IIs, Cu Vapors, and Miner Is, and also Harvester drones. (I'll add more mining laser types later.) Also you can specify your refining percentage (I'll change this to a skill level selection in a few days.)
And the Perl sourcecode for the calc

Y'know, you put in your refine skill, the loot you're gonna melt, and the minerals you receive.
It'd solve those heartbreaking choices when you're down to your last 10m3 cargo and you have to choose between a Malkuth Incursion or a Medium Photon Smartbomb.

Would be nice, but would require a LOT of work maintaining a DB of items.
Unless refine value can somehow be ripped from the client a la Eve-DB.
