Eurovision scares me. I hide in my room under the duvet with some books, a flashlight and some canned food while the finals are on T_T. Oh, and swords. Lots of. When they come for me, ill give them hell :o

The vote is always worth watching, just to have yet another laugh about countries giving 12 points to their best friends' song even though it's utterly crap.
Hell, Greece could put up a guy reciting the telephone directory in total silence, and they'd get 12 points from Cyprus.

Well, Lordi, Finlands contestant, has had fundamentalist christian groups protesting in most of our newspapers, in newspapers and websites in greece, and all over in general.
Which is funny, given our notorious penchant for finishing last. At least this year, we didn't pick the WORST possible entrant from the list, like a couple of years ago when we didn't send Nightwish, and sent some saami ethnic singing group instead.

The best thing about watching Eurovision in the UK has to be listening to Terry Wogan get more and more drunk as the night goes on!
Edit: Just listened to that Daz Sampson tune... oh dear that is so bad... but not bad enough to be a good Eurovision track!
