It's terrible in last days. EVE servers getting slower and slower.
Few examples:
4700 peeps online.
1 - Move 100 items from cargo to hangar average time 10 minutes.
2 - Droped container show "Capsule MK50" instead reall intem
3 - Gate to empty system without player average 1 minute or more
4 - Dock on station in empty system (without players) average 2 minutes.
I see SQL server taking deep breath because can't keep track with cluster computers.
Please fix it ASAP it's rude to play EVE now.

I have a pretty mediocre computer and I don't see any times even near the ones you report. I dock/undock/jump in 15s, and transferring items take a few seconds with a couple seconds lag every once in a great while.

Most of the time i find the server fairly fast and responsive, i only occasionally hit a large bloock of lag, when i can wait 2+ minutes to jump through a gate, definite improvement on the probs last month though

Don't know about the whole game but the Pator system is going down.

My computer is OK. 1GB RAM, P4 3.06MHz, 120GB 7200rpm HDD, RADEON 9800. Line is fine too 512kbit.
I have two computers and both have diferent responses from EVE server. LAG seems to be depend on node because one char is in E02-IK systema nd another one is in Uphallant.
In Uphallant dock/undock and move items take less than 15s but in E02-IK same action take ten times much more time.
As I'd say SQL server probably can't take breath with some nodes...
So result is LAG LAG LAG LAG LAG.
Please don't be so funboys for CCP. I just ask if someone have similar problems with EVE server.

I have one person in my corp that is experiencing something like this. He also has 2 missing skills, skills stop trainign on their own before they are done, and missing items from his inventory. He wasn't hacked. The issue comes somewhere on the database side I imagine. He tried making an alternate character and that character has now lag, other then what everone else experiences .. none of the massive times that are shown here. Try it yourself, if an alt will run fine, there is something wrong with your character on the DB side of things. Hopefully, this friday when the do the DB clean up, it'll fix all these issues. If not, then petition it and let them know... over and over till you get a response.
The person in my corp was close to quitting, but he's holding on hoping things get fixed. He can chat fine in game, just takes forever to open things and get stuff done.
Try these things if you have this issue. . .if your alt is slow as yoru main, then you know it's your computer, or connection, or something along those lines :) If alt is fine ... it's on the Eve side of things.
Edit: his location doesnt' matter either ... he's ried moving around... system can have lots of people or none, he still gets heavy unplayability problems.

How many online might play a part but when 2700 are online the past week after the server is up for several hours it lags down the tubes.
It 'IS ' noticeably different. I didn't downgrade my comp, so tell me, do you think it's my comp? Oh maybe it's my connection that has no problems with anything else and didn't have these problems with EvE until lately. This morning all was fine. In fact I thought it was fixed but knew better. Tonight I bounce off everything, take forever to load space and those dam navy and concord ships won't stop exploiting all the gates. Every Gate I approach when coming out of warp, screen freezes me for at least 15 seconds. problem with drones this week and screen freezing? *cough*
The servers have changed. The pipe has changed. They have once again OPTIMIZED the code or ****ed with the protocals. Something has definately changed and not for the better.
Fanboi it all you like there's a problem.
@Veruna. Thanks for the light note on your performance but you have all of two weeks to compare your performance. And quite frankly you would be comparing this weeks performance to the worst Eve has ever seen during the wonderful week of Mars being to close to earth,
