While still in school to obtain my pilots license, I had been hearing of and reading of Organization that I could actually join and make a difference on the galactic map of EVE. This organization was the Sanguine Legion. Already being a secret follower of the Blood Raider Philosophy, it was the obvious choice on what to do after graduation.
Only minutes after the graduating ceremony, sitting in the pod of my Impairor frigate I open a comm channel to Mi Lai. Who is a wonderful and helpful individual willing to take in a fresh recruit out of the acadamy and into the Sanguine Legion.
After making the formal Corporate Application in the Chaven system I equip myself with a second hand Punisher class frigate. Forgetting the ancient axiom of "you get what you pay for", my comms and camera drone were intermittently operable. Trying for several cycles to repair or work around the issue I was finally able to get comms back online and functioning. However the camera drone was still giving me fits forcing me to fly by instruments only intermittently.
Blood lust overcame my fear of the tactical disadvantage of flying with instruments only at the wrong time, and I went ahead and joined the gang of fellow Legionaires hunting the local system for sacrifices. The camera drone was functioning normally while we searched the system for prey.
Finally we find a lone Celestes in a belt. With bloodlust rising all thoughts of faulty equipment faded into the background as we warped in on the victim. Coming out of the warp bubble and into the belt camera drone working splendidly. As I instruct the ship to orbit the targeted vessel, the drone decides its time to take a nap and stop sending telemetry to my systems. My wingmates have already engaged, and are throwing everything they have at the pilots vessel. Already having target lock and other telemetry direct from my ships sensors I decide to stick it out stay and help to liberate the blood of the crew within the Celestes cruiser. Enabling the three gatling pulse lasers to rain high intensity photons upon the doomed vessel, I watch as telemetry shows the hapless ship going down rapidly. As the last bits of structure bend shred and melt away under the withering fire of the small pack of ships assailing it the pod ejects from the vessel as it explodes. Quickly locking onto the capsule and starting to fire weapons as it warps away, feeling dissapointment that the most prized blood container got away.
Wingmates closer to the wreckage cleaned up and recovered the equipment and the precious blood from the crew of the destroyed celestes cruiser.
Several minutes later my inbox is blinking, opening it up there is the most gracious thank you letter for liberating the crew of their blood from the Captain of the celestes.
Bloodlust only being mildly sated we wander the system seeking more prey, with none to be found, business appointments, and religious rites and duties to be performed we split up to attend to these pressing matters.
Sleeping in my ship's pod while autopilot is hurtling me through space with no destination, I dream of blood, carnage, and the slaughter of innocents.
(ps,ooc; i am at work and since I cannot remember all of the wingmates that were a part of this hunting trip i am leaving their names out of it, damned bloodlust)
(pss,ooc: damn I love this game only one where playing it gives real adrenaline rushes.)

FYI that thank you mail was actually a hatemail from the captain of that ship. I must say that as an introduction to piracy this was a great way to start, first kill and first hatemail from that very kill

I didn't moderate it did I? All I did was give a helpful suggestion to make others lives easier.
If I moderated posts for grammar then I would probably end up breaking my wrist from using the keyboard so much, coz there's a lot of bad grammar out there (me included).
