That distortion around the numbers could simply be JPEG compression. You'll notice it's around all the text. . . text that doesn't need to be altered for the purpose of lying about how much money one might have.

I bet it is. The only thing troubling me is the little corp tab in the picture. I bet his corp members probably doesn't know he's selling money (maybe even theirs) on Ebay.
Why is that corp wallet tab troubling?
Considering that it appears in EVERY player's wallet window.
There's no way to tell from that picture whether or not he would get a "You don't have access for this" if he clicked on that tab.

U need to have access to the wallet for it to show.

it isnt really hard to make dat much,just loads of mining... u can get 1 billion isk in 4 weeks usin 3 apocs and 1 indi,in a 0.8 no risk in losin ship...
