As of late I have been trying to increase my ship building output and am tired of mining kernite for isogen as I have a pile more mexallon more than isogen. Yes, I could sell the surplus mexallon but in the long run I would rather know the location of some omber in Kador Region. Does anyone know of any systems in Kador region with omber?
If you know the locations of jaspet, hemorphite, hedbergite and/or plagioclase, that would also be helpful. The ores I used to be certain of finding in particular security levels don't seem to be found there or in the same abundance. The location of these ores would be helpful.

Amarr space has Kernite, not Omber.
Gallente space has Omber, not Kernite.
Caldari space has neither.
Minmatar has both 
Kador, of course, is Amarr.

I was referring to 0.5+ space, sorry. Wasn't being specific enough.

Results: Minmatar space is overpowered and should lose it's Kernite and get new ore type called Mystico(5000 trit per refine).
