Having returned back to empire doing the NPC grind from -10, we got ourselves entangled in a nearby war. A simple objective that turned out to be a long conflict. The video shows some of the highlights of that conflict.
Title:- Chapter III: The Campaign of Keshirou Duration:- 18:41 Size:- 310mb
Thanks again to all of those involved in the fighting and to Chribba for a great free hosting service.

Edited by: Brisi on 26/03/2006 18:50:31 I liked it a lot. Although there were a few ganks in it, it was far, far less than in the majority of the movies released here. So about 85-90% even (or outnumbered) fights I would say, which were a pleasure to watch.
Plus & Minus sides:
+ Nice fights (as said) + Well-chosen music, although not exactly my favourite, it did fit the action very well + Not hiding your setup (I hate watching movies where you can't see what's going on) + Nice editing/Titlework (Very nice intro) + Nice Camera work
- Quality (I realise that this is because you play in 1600x1200 (or more) and Fraps highest capture resolution at full capture is some 1150x850. - In the end, you should always put your own name last (That being said, this was actually one of the movies I viewed all the way to the end, I usually stop it when the credits hit)
Anyways, you get an 8/10 on the "Brisi Scale of Video-Reviewing(TM)" This one is a keeper. Keep more coming please
Edit: PS. I love the part where you remote repair your gang-mates in combat

Edited by: Ikvar on 26/03/2006 21:18:09 Looks like a nice video, shame you can't see what's going on because the picture quality (probably due to the way you rendered/encoded it) is so crap. What bitrate is that playing at?
Oh and for FRAPSed EVE footage, WMV 9 (.WMV) is your friend, not .AVI

Quality is a bit of an issue and I'm going to give running eve at a lower res a try for the sakes of better fraps. I know it's a pain in the arse having such low dimensions on playback - especially when it's not becuase I just play at a crappy res.
As for the mpeg I'll give it a go next time - can't (or won't ) so that atm as watching it upload the first time around was painful enough (silly upload speed my end). Currently running at 1536kbps. Used .avi to use the new divx codec - and seem to remember having issues rendering it other ways. 23/03/06 - Chapter III: The Campaign of Keshirou |

Great video, enjoyed watching it and could watch it again unlike many movies which are all the same and repetitive.
Well produced, editored and recorded. Nice storyline setting the background to the battles and information on each battle is provided making it easy to follow and understand what is going on.
Looking forward to the next.

It's not the resolution I have problems with, it's the actual image quality. If you compare your raw fraps to the finished vid quality you'll see the difference. Oh and as I said before, .AVI/DIVX isn't good for EVE footage.
Anyway, apart from that it's a rather good video.

What I wouldnt give to have this in 1280x720...
Regards, LOWA ps. Keep it up and remember, 1280x720 is your friend!

Oh, and I'm trying to run it at 1280 from now, I'll see how I get on with it. That's quite some drop in res. Quite like having a fair sized window that takes up no room. 23/03/06 - Chapter III: The Campaign of Keshirou |

Thanks for the replies - and yeah I know the quality wasn't the best, which is a shame
As for the Blasterthron lol.. I remember we were doing it for a reason / testing something, but I can't remember what. Needless to say, it was soon changed back to an injector ----
