Are ther any units that provide +2 compensations for fluctuations and disruptions of the ships warp core that you can get?

If 'Units' = 'ships', the the Amarr Transport based on the Sigil hull provides +2 warp stability naturally

Not yet. You'll have to use the +1 Warp Core Stabaliser low slot passive module or fly a blockade runner Tech 2 transport ship, which all come with a built in +2 warp core stabalisers.

If you're in a ship that you would fit WCS to (indy for example) it doesn't matter if you have half the structure, you're a dead duck.

im at work but im sure i lootet a a +2 warp core stabaliser

They cant scramble you if you've warped away before they've got within scramble range.
