Moon mining Investment
The 539,000 shares of the widowmakers corporation represent the income generated by our POS which Moon Mine. Over 50 investors have given us the isk necessary to set up a network of 0.0 POS which can generate over 1 billion isk worth of valued materials per week. Outpost
The outpost scheme seeks to build on the success of the moon mining program by placing an Outpost within a system with protectable entrances and an ice field. As it is maintained by Huzzah Federation the outpost will be open to all non-pirate pilots who wish to use it. The market will be well stocked and the outpost will have a refining capabilty
The corporation maintaining the investments is Widowmakers Outpost. All money transferred through it when it is built will be kept in this account to keep it seperate from Widowmakers corp funds and Moon mining funds. We plan to sell all refined ice products which are taxed from local miners on the market (where we will likely be our own best customers) as well as the usual minerals and taxes which an outpost generates.
There are 23,000 shares in total for the outpost, each valued at 1,000,000 isk each. This is to represent the total cost and ultimately total income from the outpost. Widowmakers corporation will be buying these shares in the same way as other investors. A dividend will be issued with all the isk accrued in the previous month on the 1st of each new calendar month alongside a spreadsheet detailing where each part of the income was sourced.
Investors hoping to invest large amounts can "pledge" money towards the project. Any investment over 100 million isk is recorded but isk is not taken, when the shares have all been sold or pledged to pilots all pledges will be called in and construction/deployment will go ahead.
until the total needed to construct the outpost is raised we will not be spending any of the isk raised through share sales. As a result you may request your money back at any time by convoing me and transferring the shares back. Once the shares have all been sold and we are retrieving pledge money we will be unable to reissue cash as it will be in the process of being used to construct the outpost.
For those interested i the use of the outpost shares give a 0.1 point standing increase for each share held by a member of your corporation from the outpost TO YOUR CORPORATION, ie if 3 people in your corp each invest 10 million isk your corp (and as a result you) will receive a standing increase of 3.0. The maximum standing will be 7.5 and corporations with negative standing to Huzzah may not use these shares to buy our friendship.
We also offer a large investors incentive program, for a total holding of 2000 shares by all the members of your corporation you can claim one of the 8 corp offices at the outpost.
