Shar, you can get a bubblegum, flavour of your choice, mint, strawberry or quafe.
Palcus, nah, you need a pie for that, those come at 8m. You can make a Tech2 cookie with that cookie, but it also takes Cookie Baking level IV, as well as Engineering 5 to operate the baking machinery.

You'd be suprised at how many n00bs have 10-15m SP.
SP doesn't determine your n00b status. It how much you know. If you mine in one system your whole game life, your pretty much a n00b imo.

I don't really see the fun in mining your whole game life

I have about the same number of SP, and I thought I was getting there. Then I plugged in the numbers for T2 Tachyons and T2 Armor Tank and it turns out they're 4 months away.

I'll wager, however, that with your 4 million skillpoints, you're less noobish than quite a few who are playing this game, actively or part-time.
Congrats on passing 4 million SP, I just did today, too.
Now the fun really starts. I think the other people have it right, you're only a noob until you stop asking you're a noob. Then you're just an arrogant a-hole.
I still consider myself a bit of a carebear noob... I'm still scared of 0.0 space a bit. 0.1 is all I can take, but 0.0 still brings an actual adrenaline rush Once I have no fear in 0.0, I'll stop being a noob.

I have over 30 million SPs. In some aspects of the game I am among the very best, in others I'm a noob myself.
SPs are important, but they are only one thing among many, and not the "most important" thing.
Level headed intelligence, the ability to thing clearly in a crisis, and the ability to get back on your feet and SMILE (and mean it) after dying a stupid and costly death are all more important than SPs.
Skill points come to everyone with time, but some (many) folks will never develope a winning attitude. Those who have, or develope, a winning attitude will do well in Eve.
