I would start with the tutorial in game. Finish that and join a player corp like GoonFleet.
A corp will teach you everything. -

When you choose your career path you will need to learn a combination of skills to get where you're going.

A long while ago I wrote this thing. Some things might be little different now, but I went ovr it in last few minutes and I think it will still serve as a general overview.
