Does anyone have the Blueprints for these ships yet? I wanted to train up for them, but in a four region search I haven't even seen one on the market. Would I be better off training for another race's transport?

The Bustard is a T2 ship, therefore you will not find a blueprint of it on the market. Ever. You have to buy it from people who do own the blueprint -- or, if you can afford it, wait for a blueprint to surface on the sell orders forum and buy it for several billion ISK.
Edit: maybe I misunderstood your post and you're aware they're T2 ships and you know about the T2 BPO system. So anyway, I advise you go look around The Forge, I can't believe you wouldn't find a Bustard for sale there. Actually I just looked and yes, there's a couple of Bustards for sale in Jita, but they're both rather expensive.
You could order from nagamazon.com or evetrust.com.

Thanks for the replies. I do know about the T2 BP system, I just hadn't seen a Bustard on the market before. Granted, I'm not in the forge often, so maybe my visits just occured when there were none on the market. Thanks for the info and the order page.

By the way, the Bustard is a fine, fine ship, I encourage you to train for it if you're so inclined. It also gives you access to the Crane, which is also awesome.
