Well, there is the part in the forum rules where it says you have to use isk as currency:

one isk could quite easily fall into some peoples definitions so basically hes trading 950 items for 1 different item on a sell forum - nowt wrong with that
spose i might as well try a cheeky bid of 1 vigilant bpc (single run) while i'm at it

thats it keep debating if this is allowed and getting me back at the top
and i know this is an old way round it ive been doing it since i started playing way back when there were no caldari navy ravens. and trit sold for 1isk per 2 units

There is 2 types of logic.
1. He wants to sell isk for a navy raven BPC - Goes under trades forum
2. He wants to Buy a Navy Raven BPC - Goes under WTB forum
Either way, I do not want to see the entire wtb forum being reposted here.
