I apologize to my non-Caldari companions. If you have no interest in the internals of State politics, please continue to the post following this one for an informal summary.
Lai Dai Kektimi Taashetiiro Tsusuvione - Lai Dai Research Spacelane Security
Rearrangement of Operations, (exerpt, external revision).
Context:-áYC116.01.25, Kakakela, Lai Dai Corporate Orbital, LDR Annex. The reorganizaion of the LDRSS Corporate Charter.
Parties:-á

(1)-áWhereas: Lai Dai Research Biomedical and Cybernetic recognizes the changes in context of the Black Rise CEPWA conflict given the current arrangement concerning Caldari Prime,
and,
(2) Whereas: The decreased threat to specific Lai Dai assets as documented within (LDK/KN115-a,b) decreases the need for LDRSS to maintain its SCC Registration,
therefore,
(3) Lai Dai Research Spacelane Security will separate its physical and personnel assets from its SCC Registered Corporation. All assets will remain under the direction of the current LDRSS Executor as LDKTT Corp. LDRSS will maintain offices for purposes of archival and tracking of LDKTT.
(4) LDKTT will maintain the charter as agreed in (LDK/KN103-a-r). This reorganized charter will allow LDKTT to take on contracts from SCC-registered Capsuleer Corporations in a standard mutually non-binding work contract as issued by the SCC for said purposes. Contract issuers must:
(4a) Hold good standings with Lai Dai Corporation, Lai Dai Research Biomedical and Cybernetic, and Lai Dai Research Spacelane Security,
(4b) Allow free access to and from State-controlled space, with no requirements for providing transport or safe passage,
(4c) Agree to provide adequate housing and materiel to support all crews and base staff while LDKTT is on operation and under contract,
(4d) Agree to all other liabilities, waivers, requirements and directives as set forth during contract negotiations.
(5) All contracts must be approved by the LDRBC Board of Directors and by the LDKTT Executor. LDKTT maintains the right to refuse any contract without stating a reason for refusal. LDKTT maintains the right to terminate any contract should either party be found in violation of any of the above terms.
(6) Statement of Intent from the LDKTT Executor:

I apologize to my Caldari companions. If you have no interest in informal reviews of documents of intent, please read the previous post instead.
The document previous is a statement of intent to dissolve the Capsuleer Licensed Shell Corporation for Lai Dai Research Spacelane Security. This will be done so as to allow the State Licensed Corporation to take on employment with other Capsuleer Corporations, as there is currently no SCC-recognized method for legal subcontracting.
If any organization wishes to extend an offer of employment, feel free to give a brief summary of tasks required below, or simply send me a message with the same. LDRSS has maintained a strong willingness to adapt, learn, and grow, and is well suited for combat, logistical, research, and industrial duties. We are also willing to consider taking other positions should needs be more specialized. All offers will be vetted by myself and by the LDRBC Board of Directors by way of the LDRBC Office of Contracts. Organizations hostile to Lai Dai Corporation or any of its subsidiaries need not apply. Should your offer be accepted, you will be contacted so that an employment contract can be reached.

Also, Mr Vachon; to be clear. LDRBC will continue its operation as normal, and I will continue to be its representative amongst SCC-licensed Corporations. You needn't worry about the supply of implants running dry. Given Dr. Aecilias departure, our Salvation Angels division currently has one vacant Lab complex.
The complex is currently left under-equipped so it might require some replenishment of assets, which can be easily discussed.
As for the nature of the work, Dr. Aecilias work was focused on medicine and biology, not to delve too much into the details.
If this is in line with your interests, we'd be able to provide you on some data regarding good doctor's previous research data.
