I've been doing lvl 4's for the brutor tribe for a while now and my ISK per hour really is low.
A few players have told me that the biggest income from missions can be achieved by making ISK using the lp points that I've earned, can someone talk me through what I have to do to make isk from lp? |

Use this site to calculate the best items to go for:
http://www.evedata.org/ under > Market > 'isk per lp store.
Bookmark it in the IGB.
Bare in mind the prices are pulled from Jita, and may be different in your local area. But as a rule you cant go wrong with picking something from the top 3. "Jita 4 4 Spaceport. You will not find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious!" |

Well be careful. Dont go for a faction battleship that you cant fly to where it needs to go.
And avoid single high ticket items which might only have one buy order which is filled by the time you get there.
Use http://eve-central.com/home/market.html to avoid that. "Jita 4 4 Spaceport. You will not find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious!" |

the math on that website looks a bit off, so I'd double check before selling off too much. although it does look like a decent guideline. You can trust me, I have a monocole |

Also beware of stuff that has a high ISK/LP but sells a single item a month (or less). If you can't sell it, it doesn't matter how high the conversion ratio is. |

Prices are /generally/ ok, though in low volume markets, they can be gamed. Look at the volume, and realise that you're /highly/ unlikely to get more than 3k isk per lp. Steve Ronuken for CSM 9! http://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/ Twitter: @fuzzysteve on Twitter |

Defintly not. You ll have to find a balance between ISK per LP and sell volume.
For exemple you can find some item worth 7000isk per LP, with a sale ratio on 1 per month. If you are willing to spend a month to sell an item go for it.
On the other hand, most item with a lower isk/lp ratio, let s say around 1500 will sell quicker.
Do you need your isk fast or can you wait a bit for it ? Study the market :) |

this is what I use to sell my ammo
when I pick which ammo to convert my LP into faction ammo I usually go start with highest ratio and buy half amount of 5% volume then work from top to down until I run out of LP.

Could someone explain the %5 volume part to me? Should I be selecting the Corporation Sell prices or the Buy prices on the website? How do I know which is the best to buy with my LP for good profit?
I'm sorry for the bombardment of questions.

What he is saying is that if the market sells 1 million units per day he will purchase 2.5% of what is sold in the market throughout the day(i think thats what hes saying)
i.e
1 000 000 CN antimatter is sold in Hek a day, so he purchases 2.5% of 1 000 000 (1 000 000*0.025= 25 000) Which is 25 000 and then sells that nice and quickly,
If he has LP left over he does the same except for a different item. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=298596&find=unread OATHS wants you. Come to the WH "Safety in eve is the greatest fallacy you will ever encounter. Once you accept this you will truely enjoy this game."
