I have one question about the leadership skills. You may think of it as an obvious question, but I just want to be sure.
The bonuses you get from leadership (example: 2% in armor in gang) only take affect on your own ship when you are a leader of a gang, right?
So the bonuses doesn't do anything if you are solo-hunting for an example?

close. Leaderships skills(and modules) take effect on everyone in your gang in same system, not just you(well, only 1 bonus from person with highest skill, but still it goes to everyone whether youhave the skill or not). But you do need someone else in gang and same system so when soloing theye wont help you no

About leadership skills, I dont really undestand what is the effect of this one

I often sit AFK while my colleagues are mining in the same system, or ratting, while I'm busy with other things (like market research) so they can gain the benefit of my leadership skills.
No, you don't have to be the leader, and only the highest value across the gang (in space, in the system) counts.
