Ok I am doing it this way considering several people found a Dutch auction confusing
Starting Bids:

(please indicate which one you are bidding on)
Minimum Increase: 5 mil
Buy-Out: 180 mil (anyone who bids this will have their ship delivered to any system (0.5+) in the empire)
