dread guristas is only the best because 50% of the pilots are caldari. That's really only why.

Never gotten anything bad from a dread gurista rat, in one of the two times I've gotten a DG 9mil bs I got a rattlesnake bpc.

In my very short career in 0.0 ratting ive had 11 DG spawns and a grand total of 2 DG mods, so those above saying they dont drop anything are absolutely right in my experience.

2 in 11 spawns dropped faction mods?
Considering the price they're going at, that sounds like a pretty nice ratio in my opinion. Makes me wish I was less of a carebear.
Then again, I probably just failed my 'get sarcasm check', didn't I?

this is not balance your asking for. if you want to balance loot, make domination loot for example better then t1.

So, what your saying is, that a domination launcher should be just as good as a dread gurista??
That will just remove flavor from the game. TS launchers are ofcourse worse than a DG, because its not their primary weapon. TS focuses on laser and just add a bit of missiles from time to time, whereas Gurista uses *gasp* launchers as their primary weapon.
Serpentis are more damage dealers and not tankers.
You have to see the primary focus of each faction, and then you got your balance. I wish people would stop removing flavor from the game. Really saddend me when CCP added a missile launcher to the Omen

i'm saying people that kill a shadow serpentis rat or domination rat are supposed to hope for a good item and for serpentis and domination that is just 5x items: domination web, domination scrambler, domination disruptor, shadow serpentis sensor booster, shadow serpentis tracking computer.
with gurista it's hard to get something bad, wich would be dread gurista scrambler, disruptor and web.
gurista ratters have no risk of getting a dread gurista armor hardener or dread gurista nos or dread gurista RCU, because there are none.
another very INTERESTING fact is that cormack's modified co-processor wich can drop off the best serpentis officer that has a bounty of 33mil is worse than the regular dread gurista co-processor
that's IMBALLANCED
