Before I open an account however I would like to know who are your partners (or other corp members) in this venture? I ask this because you, as CEO, have been the only contact with the playerbase so far. Forgive me if I sound paranoid but I still remember the Morbor fiasco where he fleeced billions from investors acting alone by offering a similar service to that what EIB does. Can you list the other directors of the EIB? or the investors who are linked to EIB so that we may check their histories to make sure they're legit business partners and do actually exist.
I would feel much better knowing EIB is run by more than one long-term player and in-fact had at least 4 or 5 other established players too. Having a sole spokesperson doesn't really instill confidence in potential investors, especially when those investments could possibly be in the billions.
Once I'm satisfied with the above I will look forward to doing buisness with you and wish you every success
There are no investors, and no one else has any say in how the bank is run.
This is a service funded purely by my investments.
I have picked close associates to work in the bank with me, of whom I trust 100%, and they wouldnt be here unless they had total commitment to its success, and independance.
As for 'other faces' in the bank, many of our clients have the opportunity to contact our staff members, of which many have done so and dealt purely with them, and of yet I have recieved no complaints.
The decision I made to be the public face of the bank in my opinion was key to building a trusting relationship between the bank and its clients.
Im sure 90% of the people who have used this service have ran their own checks on me and they have come back positive, hence no negative comments here.
If you would like to contact me during banking hours we can of course discuss any points you may wish to raise further.
The associates you picked is probably what I meant to ask about and not investors as such. Can you let us know the names of the associates or the staff members you mentioned? You say your clients have already had chance to speak with them, so do we need to invest first (i.e. become a client) before we can have dealings with them?
Sorry for being a pain, but just to put my mind at ease before I decide to invest a substantial amount of isk I would really like to have access & contact with more than one representative. If there are several other well-established players working for EIB like you say then this would go a long way in boosting confidence in your services.
Again as I mentioned previously, a character named Morbor worked alone and never allowed access to the numerous associates he claimed worked for & with him. He soon dissapeared with everyone's investement.
Thanks for your time.

I seem to have a lot of questions that would be best adressed to a staff member of EIB. I've joined the channel a few times but no one is ever there. Yes, I am in the correct channel as I see all the tiddlybits plastered across the MOTD.
I also requested answers when I first setup my EIB account, right in the registration field. Those questions have gone unanswered.
Today I fired off an email to [email protected] with my list of questions... I hope this is the last stop to have my questions and concerns adressed or I would have no choice to pull my investments out in full.
Please address client inquiries in a timely manner. I understand life can be busy, but there needs to be a standard of service.

First let me express my apologies for the lack of service. Although at the moment we are only covering about 16 hours of the day, we are making attempts to have staff cover for a full 24 hour period each day.
We send out all relevant information regarding our services in the welcome mails you seen. Many of the questions you have asked me, were answered in those welcome mails you recieved.
As for the questions not covered in the welcome mails you asked, I sent you a mail informing you that I required more information from you in order to better answer your question regarding the insurance. You may have overlooked this correspondance, but if not and you seem to have not recieved this request then again, I express my apologies.
As a matter of course I have forwarded you a more detailed responce to your enquiries which details what we need from you.
Again, to fully answer your questions I require more information from you since each case is looked at on an individual basis.

well my account is setup and i received a very professional "Starter Pack" through my evemail with a current status of my account balance and invit einto the chat channel which appears to have conversations to suite the business type as well, have recommended EIB to my other contacts for them to look into and the rest of my corp will be opening up their accoutns shortly and i think this is a great business idea and an ideal place to drop the money u earn spare and get a bit of fre isk.
Top notch service so far, keep up the good work

Ok this all sounds like a good idea but how are you going to inforce loan payment? Aren't you worried that people might just take out a loan and then run? ------------------------------------------- Famous last words: "Hey kids, watch this!" |

Of course its a risk, but the majority of our clients would prefer to keep their good name in tact I believe.

thumbs up for this endeavour.
At this stage i can't complain .
RL seems to trouble up things sometimes but that will pass as soon as the growing pains are out.
At this moment Cally, the staff and EIB get my trust

Well I received a dividend payout last week that was pretty substantial ontime as usual from EIB. I'd say all in all I've received back about 70% of what I put in savings/stock as dividends so far so even if I'm "out" its not that bad.
Maybe they took a short vacation to Kehour or something and will be back after the weekend?

If you check on the industrial based section you'll see a complete breakdown of the EIBs restructuring. They're currently forming a mega-corporation in the form of an alliance and are in the process of updating their website and have been for a while.

I have indeed been on a vacation for the past week or so, a client of ours invited me to his daughters wedding at one of his summer retreats in Tash Murkon.
Depending on the availability of a passenger transport, I should be back in the office towards the end of this week.
Despite the major overhaul staf are dealing with at the moment, operations have been running as normal from what my staff have informed me.
If you need to speak to an EIB representative please drop by the banks lobby at THEEIB

I replied to the dividend thread in the other forum, but perhaps here is better. I've been following your progress and am interested in what you're doing. I'd like to buy 2 shares, if that's possible (I'm a relatively young member of the Eve universe).
Please let me know how/if I should proceed.

The CEO could publish monthly reports, couldnt she? Speaking of the CEO, where is Cally? Anyway, my last post. I would be interested in reading some reports. --------- In the blindness, a streak fiery thread violently cuts the horizon. Bleeding golden mists, engulfing the blindness from within. The bank was revealed as a "scam" and an estimated 700 billion isk was stolen by Cally. This from the market forum.
EIB SCAM ARTICLE
Still the hopes that someday an honest bank will appear stay with me. I myself lost about 50m isk in this venture but as it was a small part of my stock portfolio I'll live with it. Other investments like ISS and OMARA have done very well so I can live with the ups and downs of equities and stocks.

Look at the date on the OP. This is old news, infact it just emerged that Cally has stolen most of the funds deposited into the bank. See the last few posts for more details. -----
