Proton Power	Posted - 2006.03.30 04:58:00 - [1] I am proud on this day to yet again offer a new Power Corrupts Service. Starting Today we are selling 6,250 shares at 1mil isk each. This represents 25% of my corps shares. The remaining 75% will stick within the corp. What will these shares do for you - 1. On the First of every month I figure out what the value of the corp is as listed below. I then subtract its current value against last months value which will give me that months total profit. I then payout the entire profit to the shareholders which 75% will go right back to the corp and then 25% will get paid to the remaining share holders (6250). 2. This will create a monthly isk generator for you with no work involved what so ever. For the past 3 months I have created over 1bil isk profit per month, this month brining in 1.6bil isk profit. 3. The profit comes from multipe things that my corp does. 1. 25% From the POS Reactions - 4 Complex, 6 Simple 2. 60% From the T2 componet Operations, I supply many T2 producers with componets, including 1 very large order that is on contract. 3. 15% From other avenues that my corp has been going, LVL 4 Missions, Yes you will even get the dividends from these since any isk the corp makes you make. I have a Labatory Operation that has started off very well that also accounts for some of the profit. Current Corp Value - Isk 361,000,000 Mineral Values 273,701,900 POS Fuel 2,645,954,550 Componet Material Value 7,186,509,465 Componets 1,940,500,500 Other 187,000,000 6 Large POS's 2,100,000,000 POS Equipment 365,000,000 1 Freighter 900,000,000 Ships / Equipment 554,000,000 Total Corp Value 16,513,666,415 Every Month I will list the starting Value and the ending Value. So you can see where the isk is at in the corp currently. If you don't see atleast a 3% return on the share value each month and decide you no longer want part with this, my corp will buy the shares back from you. At any time you decide you no longer want the shares even if they are producing the 8-12% that I know they can produce with some fine tuning and you can still sell them back when the corp can afford to buy them. To purchase shares send Proton Power 1mil Isk Per share, along with an eve mail stating how many shares you have purchased and who to send the shares to. From what I sold last night and what I see here I have sold aprox 1bil isk in shares so far. An additional note, The first payout will be May 1st. April 1st I will review my corp value again. If you purchase shares after May 15th you will not recive a payout until June 1st. I am doing this to stop people from buying shares on the last week of April and still get the full May payout. ----------------------------------------------- Keep the Game Rolling.

I want to make it where I am creating 2bil+ per month easy every month with this extra isk. I have many things in the work before this share deal even came out to help with this, including an ingame website that I hope will create many more sales. I hope instead of poeple buying from the market at over priced prices, they place the order through me instead. Will it work, I honestly dont' know. I also have a plan B if it dosnt' work though. I wont' go into details on it though since I dont' want anyone else to do it before I get the chance. If that dosn't work then you will still create a profit on the shares over the months, and always have the option to sell me the shares back if you are not happy providing you have to wait until the corp can afford to if its isk is tied up with materials atm. ----------------------------------------------- Keep the Game Rolling.

We're paying way more per share than what your corp is actually worth. Numbers show we're paying for a corp worth 25 bil... not 16.5 bil. If we use your numbers, say I buy 100 shares... 100mil... it would take me about 10months to make that back. Can we resell shares back to you?

If I sell more shares it will the corps shares so the corp would (Me) would make less profit not you. When I do the dividend I am paying out 100% of the profit, = last months corp value - current corp value. I will recieve 75% right back which will go back to the corp so it grows. I came up with the numbers based on the isk I felt I would need to help my corp out, let it make more isk so that the shares payout more in the future. If you did all this work would you sell it for what you put into it, or would you want some profit as well. Basicly the extra isk is the work I am putting into the corp on a daily basis. If we use your numbers, say I buy 100 shares... 100mil... it would take me about 10months to make that back. Can we resell shares back to you? Actually at this current months ration it would take you aprox 20mths to make the isk back. I think it will actually take 12mths. And if you read this thread I have answered this question atleast 2 times now. The corp will buy all shares back based on the corp has actual isk in its wallet to do so. If not you get put on list and when the isk is in the wallet instead of investing that isk into more materials it would buy back your shares minus what you have recived in dividends if you sell within first 6mths. ----------------------------------------------- Keep the Game Rolling.

Yes I had the shares in my wallet, yes I voted to do it. But still says 0% voted on it. I am guessing its because I moved the shares to other people after I voted but dont know for sure. If you have placed orders with me you will still get them in about 24hrs. For those with shares I need you to vote yes other wise I will just send everyone there isk back and have to come up with somthing else. I created teh vote to create 25,000 shares so I could sell off 6250. I then voted yes on it and started handing out the shares before the vote finished. That is why there is currently only 1k shares. Once this vote goes through again (It will be approved this time) I will create the remaining shares, and deliver all shares that have been paid for. Currently there is atleast 2000 shares left. Extra Info: Looks like my webpage is going to be up and running sooner than I though, so I hope to create some extra sales this month as well to create a little more payout for us all. His website recently went active for the efficient purchasing of goods he produces. On these qualities and on personal character I invested. On the matter of the price per share I'm basing my investment potential on the stated return percentages and the corporation buyback option. Further I know that he has diversified assets including investment in other corporations which helps insure investor return. Seems like a good opportunity while shares last.

I don't do it that way, this is my way. If you don't want to invest then dont. I am sure anyone can do math and see that even though I am selling 25% of the shares, I am gaining a 33% in isk. Another Note to this - I own things that dont' have actual isk value as well - The webpage that cost 500mil isk. I pay for the server to run the web page. And also many other things don't get accounted for. This is not my corps main income it only accounts for 33% of total corp worth, and will be used to make more isk (which is what most people that offer shares do). Only 1k Shares left.
