This module need a range boost. rares got 7500m range. That is kinda useless.
Also could it be done so this module is affected by the new shield amplifier module? Read the Rules Of Conduct and Terms Of Usage

Indeed, having to pull a lose range orbit every time a ship needs assistance (ship which could be anywhere up to 20 km away in the average group combat situation) is impractical.

This module definetly needs a range boost. It would make "healing" a much more attractive tactic then it is now. -------------------------------------------------

I must agree! There are alot of good tactical modules that never get used because of thier hopeless ranges, cap usage or poor refire rates.
Shield transfers, cap transfers, cap drainers and cap nutralisers could all be looked at. The only one thats remotley useful is the cap nutralisers and they take a hell of alot of cap to use so are only really good on a specailsed battleship with nothing my cap modules to sustain the drain.
These modules are fantastic tactical equipemnt but are almost worthless at the moment, please fix them. |

a specialized cruiser for cap draining can take out a battleship's cap easy.. heh.. useful against hardener and laser *****s, screwed if they have missles tho :)
on chaos the repeat rate has gone down to 1 second.. they are truly nasty modules _____________________________________ Perpetually driven, your end is our beginning. "Can I be a consultant for EVE II?" - WhiteDwarf |

Nah a crusier can;t drain a b-ships capac. Because those capac drains are like 20 capac to drain 20 capac per 1 second cycle. See the problem here. You would have to have equal or greater capac to the b-ship to drain its capac.

Other Minion donŠt forget that your enemy would use cap for his guns and stuff aswell. So if done right you can suck him dry
