Great lowsec/0.0 alt or if you want to start up your own corp he will fit just fine.
Security status is -1.8, so is capable of travelling in 1.0 space.
I acquired him with -8.4 but he has been in neutral corp ever since, has good connections with a variety of alliances. Apparently is a former pirate/alliance member but has no known enemies currently.
I am his second owner.

That is what you get for trusting someone else's image making abilities.

Players are getting more and more greedy on isk when it comes to selling characters.
The "normal" prise of characters used to be 100 mill per 1 mill Sp and reserve sometimes 500 mill over. Times have surely changed. To the better for the sellers apparently.
Well I¦m gonna bid to the rule as always lol...
2300 million isk is my bid

Tbh I've been scouring the sell forums for characters for over a year now. When I can I buy.
Brain has been a good servant and fun to play, I learned how long it took to repair a horrible security status with a character that wasn't entirely pve/p orientated.
In recent months I've seen the change for where the more specialisations a character has, the more they've gone for, added to the increase in isk in game and I'd say that it was a fair if a little overpriced reserve, 3b I'd say was much fairer.
There again I'm a little biased 
Brain is certainly very specialised and paid for himself last week when he got a T2 bpo, pity it was an ammo one 
Anyway looks like he'll be staying with me for a little while longer given I'm not exactly overwhelmed with interest!
