Ok so I bought me my first Assault Ship, I went for a Hawk and now I don't know what to do with it.
I sat in station just looking at the bloody thing not knowing where to start.
My skills will allow me to fit just about anything.
Call me lazy and some of you will but I need help in making a killer PvP setup.

its stats are going to be changed soon. to 4x launcher points and missile bonuses. so dont worry about how to fit it as it is right now because once you find a fitting you like the hawk will be changed. i am not sure on the ETA for the change but it is coming the devs have stated that much.

It's a sticky from Tux at the top of this forum. This is also the reason why the Hawk prices have almost tripled recently, in case you were wondering.
On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero. |

Get a Kestrel and play around with slots. That'll give you an idea of what to do with it post-changes.
I would suggest Rocket Launcher II's + scrambler + webber + MWD + whatever else you are comfortable with.

Mine are staying in the hangar until after the changes are made. I don't want to lose them now that they're about to become useful.

WTS: 10 hawks, 35M a ship. Take 10 for 300M.

/me looks at the 3 he got for 10mil each, and ponders what setups he'll try out.
No way Hawks will go for 35mil, unless people buy into the novelty, but they're going to hover at Harpy value in time imo.
The day AFs start costing 35mil is the day they turn into mission-whoring ships just like Hacs have become.
