Key features:
Cybernetics 5
Skirmish Specialist 5
Armor Specialist 5(almost done)
This makes her a very strong starter booster alt. She is not perfectly trained, but is very easy on the eyes.
She can do a lot of things, like great basic PI, light cynos, Can fit a basic level Domi for support clearing DED/Anoms.
I used her for boosting, scouting, and making isk! So when you are not boosting she is not sitting there wasting money!
