A little over a month ago I purchased options to buy these ships, thinking I'd figure out the rest later, kind of like those real estate "gurus" promote on late night infomercials. The purchase prices in the contracts were very reasonable and the options only cost a few billion each.

If you are interested, I will need an 80 billion isk deposit for each, which covers half my sales prices. Based on my cost, I can still turn a profit if 1 scams me and break even if 2 do, which are reasonable odds.
This offer pays 20 billion isk per pilot upon successful transfer to each buyer.

Lol, had I seen that post earlier I would've tried to scam 80bil out of someone, learned to fly a titan and signed up for it. xD

If you were serious about this, you would have considered the Market Discussions subforum, where this kind of large lumps of money/items change hands regularly. The investors are in position to have had bought Titan capable pilots and trusted third parties have long post histories for others to review.
Knowing erotica1's history ingame and in the interwebz, well..

Tried that with a freighter train I needed and everyone said it was the wrong forum. Luckily I found the people I needed elsewhere. As I said, serious players will get the list of escrows, and I ask titan pilots not post with those characters or other known alts of them. If it's your fault the titan is lost for being stupid on the forums or elsewhere, the deposit will be held. If it's my fault or random, then I'll eat that loss.
I've heard from 3 guys and 1 sounds pretty close to closing the deal. Still time left and need 4 to 5.
I'll pay a finders fee of 2 billion isk if you hook me up with a serious titan pilot and all goes well. So go ahead and link this forum thread in all your alliance and corp forums.
