Ryzen Daxx Mistress Minersha's Minmatar Maidens 1	Posted - 2011.11.09 16:29:00 - [1] - Quote ok first idk if this is the right section BUT it pertains to ships so here goes. i noticed that we get free AUR from time to time so i hear a buddy say awesome imma save it for ship painting from the cash shop...i have looked on the forums and saw nothing have any of u guys heard this or is he just pulling my leg

He was describing some new technique they were using to add textures to ship-models that would alow easy skinning when that feature was released. AH! So far Gallente and Caldari subcaps have all been reskinned. CCP has not said for certain how we will get new logos or skins but many people have been speculating that it will be Nex store stuff. On the plus side for those that don't want to buy AUR the reskins look pretty sweet so far.

You are absolutely right! The guy that originally made those pics called it Zebra. I forgot about what he called-it until I found those pics. But "Tiger-stripes" does sound way-more bad-ass than "Zebra stripes". I originally thought charcole-grey, gloss-black, and titanium/aluminum, with blue-lights would be really sweet!!... Then I realized I would probably be hard to see against the background of space. Then-again, that would give it a certain stealth-effect.
