I hope, that someday the antisocial behaviour of so called "piracy" will be completely eliminated from Eve so people can go about their businesses without being griefed at every corner where they can make some serious money.

Are you a troll? I find it hard to believe you could really see it like this.
It's EvE online you are playing. Not "Wallet grind"
The point of the game is not to make some "serious money"
You strike me as the kind of person that would load up Unreal and call the other players griefers for shooting you.
Maybe you got me wrong.
I was just ratting with a buddy in a 0.3 system (Yong) in a Kessie and a Thrasher and then some veteran character with heavy missiles on a Caracal came in and took my buddy out with three shots and me with two.
This is not playing, this is not piracy, this is pure griefing.
Not that the ship or the fittings were that expensive, but my buddy and I simply wanted to grind some rats for training and a little fundraising and not be harassed by some 13 year old compensating for his social behaviour problems.
I'm not against PvP, but I'm against cowardice.

I think the pirate was more mature than you. Afterall, who is doing the insulting here?
Shooting someone in a game does not make you a wierdo with RL problems.
I'm sorry.
I was very upset yesterday, because I had to spend a lot of time to get a ship (Kessie) again. I didn't lose a lot of money (about 300k or so, because the ship was insured and I don't really use expensive mods in lowsec), but I was... annoyed.
Sorry.

Originally by: eLLioTT wave just another thought i had, what if low sec and high sec characters had different options available to them? what if certain items could only be purchased from NPCs out in low sec and you had to have a -5.0 sec status, the opposite in high sec?
just to spice things up a bit and reward players for their chosen path
"Dark side of Eve" - that sounds good to me.
Maybe even some kind of "Dark Empires" or a shadow world... this would be fun.
