After a brief cleanout of the ranks, Veto are happy to announce that we are looking for Ten members to top up the ranks in our corp.
For people who wish to apply, here is a brief rundown of what we do:
We are a corp of 30 members, all PvP orientated who's sole objective is profit through piracy. Where we can we attempt to ransom, where we can't, we attempt to destroy the vessel of the target and salvage whatever drops.
We operate as a close knit family, and generally fly in small to medium sized fast moving gangs. People who apply to join will have to be willing to disregard security status as they will eventually reach outlawship in daily operations within the corp.
Veto will not be part of any alliance, or coalition, we have one nap, with a corp we may occasionally work in conjunction with, and two other +10 standings to small corps whom have been of great help to our members in the past. Everyone else is fair game, that's the way it stays.
There will be no large scale corporate operations, other than those in conjunction with our single friendly corp. However we do aim to organise smaller operations and events.
Veto's main focus will be not to "blob", but to run in fast moving, highly skilled small strike groups that engage in guerilla warfare and low security piracy.
What We Seek In The 10 Applicants :
> Experienced combat pilots from all walks of life.
> Any timezone is acceptable.
> A mature attitude.
> Members are expected to be fully self sufficient.
> A working Ventrilo Client and the use of a working microphone.
> A willingness to disregard security status, as you will eventually end up -10.
> A decent knowledge of PvP and game mechanics.
> The urge to attempt to kill anything we decide to make flash red, regardless of morals.
> The ability to follow instructions over voice comms, and lead, or learn to lead small groups when required.
> The ability to work as part of a team, which may include sometimes flying in a support or tackling role.
> A reasonable level of player activity and playtime.
What We Do Not Look For In Applicants :
> People who are obsessed with chasing "OMG I R TEH UBER!!1" status on a killboard somewhere.
> People who smacktalk and dishonor agreements such as ransoms.
> Individuals with a history of scamming and ripping people off.
> Alts and characters on second accounts, people applying will do so with their main.
> Players who sit 170km off gates sniping shuttles all day. We belt pirate, typically engaging targets at ranges of 0-30km.
I will set a 10 million Skillpoint requirement for applicants, however I will definatley consider accepting newer players, on a case by case basis.
Veto will from time to time accept a new player, as a gesture of good faith to the Eve community, and will train this player to be an intergral part of the corp.

They always do logonski trap. Trying not to cry, I have adapted to their style of play by using Rack-o-Stabs. Works like a charm.

She's still playing Jenny... just in small doses at present.
On another note to potential applicants, We now have only 5 spaces left for members in the corp, After this Veto will close it's doors for recruitment, Permanantley.
The only way in after the quota is filled will be announced once the corp is Full.
