application with the EGSE , done. Broker will be available in the future, not decided on who yet, they will start testing my reliability starting from may 10'th (projected time when shares will be hitting the market).

Ahh come on. I actually agree with everyone that thinks this scheme is abit shady but you are alot lower.. You dont even dare to whine about it with your maine, just put in some alt-conspiracy bullcrap, anything STINGY does will make people call him a scammer. If he talks nice youl just say hes TO NICE so hes a scammer. If he does insults you will go on the omg scammer cause hes insulting wave.. Its just so useless for him to try to defend himself when you guys has allready made up your minds..

I'm working on getting full approval from EGSE 's broker Omber Zombie. If he agrees he gets to check my books THOROUGLY, he will also know my main and everything I do.
Maybe when he decides that i'm legit the trolling errr forum community will be a tad less sceptical. They don't take my word for it, maybe they will take Omber's. He hasn't accepted to do it yet though, but we have started negotiations :)

and as omber zombie is skimming through my books as we speak.... I was looking around to the reports of other ipo's.
so far my 13.3% monthly dividend (after stocksplit, which is pending) planned is still way too high cmpared to what 'ive seen from the other IPO's. I'm still browsing around, but it could well be that i motion a vote to create some extra shares after this vote has ifnished just to capitalize more for my original investors.
best i've seen so far is 7/8% from other ipo's, whilst most of them are well below that.
i'll also discuss it with omber zombie after he is done with going through my books (sent him around 35 screenies)

ok, i've gone through the books, here are my thoughts:
What are important assets for this corporation or its business plan?
One of the interesting things about this plan is that minimal assets are required to fulfill the business plan. It's being executed by 2 highly specialized alt characters and as long as they have a stable amount of liquid isk to work with (which it seems they do), the isk generation of the plan is almost risk free. I say almost as with most businesses there is always a risk of competition, but based on what I have been show and a long conversation with Stingy, the competition is both minimal and friendly.
What are the important expenses for this corporation or in its business plan?
Expenses are market taxes only, and the possibility of having to replace a ship. Highly unlikely that a ship relacement will be needed. As dividends are based on a fixed amount (2.8 billion) minimal losses can be incurred without harming the dividend payout,conversely, if business does well for the period, bonuspayments have been madein the past.
What are important revenues/source of income of this corporation or its business plan?
Revenue is based solely on market activities. There is the provision for future movement into the production market, but this will more than likely be part of a seperate IPO. The only risk here to revenue is if the characters involved are found out and wardecced to stop them from operating. As far as I know the only people that know the alts involved are Stingy and myself, so this risk is very low.
Your final evaluation:
The business plan presented to me, while slightly unorthodox compared to most Business Plans, is extremely well thought out. I understand the need for the privacy and askingof trust in this venture as if the main people involvedin this wereto bepublicly known, the plan would fail. Is this a scam? Possible but highly unlikely. The amount of isk involved wouldn't be worth it to Stingy to take the isk and run. If this did occur, I do have in my possession screenshots of all the characters involved in this business, as awell as some characters on the same accounts. They will be released to the public if the worst happens.
Latest (monthly) dividend: 2.8mil isk/share
Your score for this IPO: 95%

no, no options will be sold anymore. Those released was just to diversify my clientele a bit more and to make a bit of advertising.
SHARES however, will hit the market on may 10.
at 3 mi for a share with a monthly dividend of 280000. I dare you to find a better ipo :)

Uhm, you do realise that at 3m per share and 280k per month ROI that's a 9% per month. Which is actually just a bit above standard ROI promised.

that's not standard. That's damn good. show me one other mature (i offered 70 % when i started out , where was your 'standard' then?) IPO around that ofers 9.3.

And just as thing are going out of control and you had to result to calling people bovines and apes, a calm in the storm approaches. That was a great review Stingy, and I hope you will have an easier time running your business now that we have confirmation of this operation's stability.
I have to find out what you are doing to make money though! A loop-hole in NPC trade goods? Mineral trading? Implant and module trading?!

I would like to add, that , even though a 9.3 % guaranteed dividend is awesome enough, I am considering to look into a second branch of my business which may involve ship production or even shares speculation in the near future thanks to the capitalization that this ipo will bring me.
Also for the near future, a gargantuan growth rate of corp value, even after the stocskplit, is planned.
I'm not going to start throwing numbers at the people right here right now, since alot of my future plans are currently on the drawing board/in the negotiation phase, but if i would hazard a guess, a monthly growth of 20% of corp value will be easily attainable. Suffice to say that the 9.3 % dividend is probably NOT gonna be the end all be all... there will be growth as well. and if imanage that growth, there will be another stocksplit at some further point. All just a bit further down the line.
